1、鋁合金型材和常用塑膠材料配件應符合鋁合金標牌型材的質量要求。

2、鋁合金型材的角底偏差少于正負偏差1度。

02 亞克力標牌加工要求

1、亞克力出模熱彎成形，尺寸及形狀一致，表面無氣泡及劃痕。

2、熱彎成形后表面經過粗砂、細砂、碾磨處理，保證其表面平滑無臺階。

03 不銹鋼工藝要求

1、不銹鋼板須刨坑折彎焊接（不銹鋼板須先刨坑后折彎，以保證邊緣挺拔度）；保證折彎處圓弧角R＜1MM。
1. The stainless steel plate shall be planed, bent and welded (the stainless steel plate shall be planed first and then bent to ensure the edge straightness); the arc angle R at the bending position shall be less than 1mm.
2、焊接前表面油污，減少焊縫形成的虛焊、氣孔、裂紋等缺陷。

3、焊接完后將所有可見焊縫打磨光滑，與周圍表面一樣平滑，無明顯劃痕。

04 烤漆工藝

1、清洗表面殘留物、補灰、打磨等一系列表面處理。

2、采用型油漆烤漆處理。烤漆房須無塵埃顆粒車間，烤漆表面涂層三涂三烤處理，涂層厚度大于或等于35微米。

05 絲印工藝要求

1、菲林沖制網版，絲印表面用酒精或白電油將表面清理干凈。

2、絲印色彩要符合設計方案要求，字體及圖案筆劃清晰，無變形、鋸齒等缺陷。

3、絲印圖形文字顏色與底色對比無明顯滲透現象。

1、安裝完成后標識牌外觀精美、表面無螺釘、無劃痕、氣泡及明顯的顏色不均勻，烤漆須無明顯色差，所用材料符合設計方案要求。
